These policies are to promote a respectful, professional, and comfortable environment for both clients and therapists, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.

• New Clients & Cancellations:

  • To respect your time and mine, I ask that cancelations/ rescheduling be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment

• Arrival and Late Policy:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.

  • Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time to accommodate the next appointment, with full service fees applying.

• Health and Safety:

  • Services will be refused if you are sick or running a fever. Please call as soon as possible to reschedule

  • If you have any potential contagious skin conditions such as poison ivy, athletes foot, nail fungus, etc... That area will be avoided and during your session and not treated by the therapist.

• Confidentiality:

  • All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.

• Payment and Refunds:

  • Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, card, and check.

  • Refunds are not available for completed services, but we are committed to addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

• Professional Conduct:

  • Our therapists maintain the highest professional standards. Any inappropriate behavior by clients will result in the immediate termination of the session, with full fees applying.

• Gift Certificates:

  • Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash. No shows or two cancellations in a row using a gift card will not be allowed to reschedule

• Feedback and Complaints:

  • We welcome client feedback and encourage clients to share their experiences. Complaints should be directed to management for prompt resolution.

• Age Restrictions and Minors

  • To ensure the most relaxing environment, children under 12 are not allowed in the massage room with you. Please arrange childcare in advance.

  • Minors ages 12-15 must have guardian present in room and signed consent for treatment. Ages 16 and 17 only require signed consent from guardian as they can potentially drive themselves, but guardians are always welcome to be present during appointments.
