The most common style of massage; integrating many modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, Thai, and many more! This massage is performed on a massage table while incorporating hot towels and stones(upon request).

Thai Massage
Thai massage is a mat based modality consisting of deep compressions, acupressure, and assisted stretches. My teachers best describe it like going to your Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and Yoga class all at once.
What to Expect: Thai work is traditionally performed on a mat on the floor while you, the client, is fully clothed in loose comfortable clothing to allow ease of movement and stretching. Please reach out with questions. Accommodations can be made if your mobility is a concern.

Being a local to the Asheville area I had the privilege to train at the Center for Massage & Natural Health and becoming a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist(LMBT) in 2012. I consider myself a lifelong student and am constantly seeking new opportunities to expand my knowledge to provide the most suitable treatment for each individual client.
