Thai Massage
I’m so excited to share this magical modality with you and open a new world of healing! Thai massage is a mat based modality that’s like giving your body a full facial release. My teachers best describe it like going to your Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and Yoga class all at once.
What to Expect: Thai work is traditionally performed on a mat on the floor while you, the client, is fully clothed in loose comfortable clothing. However, if your personal mobility is a concern I can make modifications for the massage table.

I’m honored to bring relaxation and healing to my hometown of Barnardsville and Asheville area. My career journey began in 2012 after attending the Center for Massage & Natural Health in Asheville NC and becoming a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. I’m still eager to learn and grow to provide my clients with excellent personalized care. In December 2024 I began my focus in Thai Massage and can’t wait to share it with you soon!
