Thai Massage

Thai massage is a mat based modality consisting of deep compressions, acupressure, and assisted stretches. My teachers best describe it like going to your Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and Yoga class all at once.

What to Expect: Thai work is traditionally performed on a mat on the floor while you, the client, is fully clothed in loose comfortable clothing. However, if your personal mobility is a concern I can make modifications for the massage table.

As a seasoned massage therapist with 14 years of experience, I’ve cultivated a practice that beautifully blends integrative massage techniques with the traditional art of Thai massage, all while maintaining a serene and tranquil atmosphere. My focus is not only on physical relief but also a peaceful escape from the daily grind. By integrating various modalities, I provide a customized experience that addresses individual needs, whether they seek to alleviate physical tension or achieve a state of deep relaxation.

Being a local to the Asheville area I had the privilege to train at the Center for Massage & Natural Health and becoming a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist(LMBT) in 2012. I consider myself a lifelong student and am constantly seeking new opportunities to expand my knowledge to provide the most suitable treatment for each individual client.
